Praising Mother Earth...Express more Gratitude and Joy at her Bounties

Hail Mother, who are the earth,
Hallowed be thy soil, rocks and flora
that nourish and support all life.

Blessed be thy wind that gives us breath
and they waters that quench, bathe and refresh
all living things.

Holy Earth-as one-we praise your majesty,
grace and wonder.

MAGICAL HERBAL TEA SPELLS

IT HAS LONG BEEN KNOWN THAT HERBS AND PLANTS HAVE BENEFICIAL EFFECTS ON HEALING AND OTHER SPELLS.
RANGING FROM GOOD FORTUNE TO PROTECTION OF A PERSON OR HOME.

Here are some examples for you to work with

Making a herbal tea is a great way of using the power of an "enchanted herb".
Simply pour a cup of boiling water over a teaspoon of dried herbs or fresh and let it steep for 3-5 mins.
Then strain and drink while it is warm ..closing your eyes and asking the universe to help you in whatever it is you are seeking.

For PROTECTION:
Angelica, Chamomile, dill, fennel, ginger, hyssop, St John's Wort

For LOVE
lemon balm, clover, lovage, marshmallow, raspberry, peppermint

For LUCK & Success
aloe, chamomile, clover and mint

For PROSPERITY
basil, ginger, cowslip, marjoram, nutmeg

FOR INNER PEACE
borage, chamomile, coriander, parsley, sage

Other examples:

To encourage love energies mix orange rind, rose hips and cinnamon bark..serve with a little honey.
Place a copper penny in the pot as copper symbolizes Venus , the goddess of love and romance

To attract LUCK make a lemongrass, and place an almond in the pot/cup as this pays homage to Mercury whose domain is chance.
Blessed Be.

RECYCLING AND KEEPING YOUR SPACE CLEAN beyond positive thought..positive measures

I am  a big fan of recycling and have had many great trips to local shops to buy 'treasures" other folks have wanted or needed to donate.
The problem in doing so is that it is possible to bring unnecessary energy into your own home, that belongs to those certain items.
Lowering your carbon footprint can have adverse effects, if you are not careful.

As many items are donated out of desperation (loss of job and home) or someone has recently died and it is their estate being sold, a lot of lingering and somewhat negative energy can be absorbed by those items and if you are not careful, will attach to you.
Here are a few ways round this:

If is is a household item pots,pans, cutlery & etc. wash them in seasalted water  (1 tbsp per gallon) then in regular dish washing liquid..the salt removes anything lingering.

If they are heavy items or electrical that cannot be washed...leave outside your home and burn some sage or your favorite incense around them and invite the new item into your home but ask any negativity to remain outside...explaining that their last owners have offered them to a new owner.

Also if you are in any kind of employment that is high stress or you have to deal with lots of people..have a bowl of sea salted water outside your front door, and wash your feet in this before entering..not only will it refresh your feet it will also refresh your house.

If you work in a tech industry and are around computers all day long, wash or shower off every night with 1 tbsp organic cider vinegar, removes any electrical and gasoline excesses

To sell your house quickly treat it as a living breathing thing and ask IT to find new owners..explain to the property that you are moving on, that your stay has been good but you need the house to find someone new...it WILL sell quicker.

HAPPY EARTH DAY 4:22

golden dragonfly, Venice Ca

Man did not weave the web of Life
He is merely a strand on it.
Whatever he does to the web
He does to himself.

Chief Joseph

Recycle...visit do not damage..leave no trace of yourself in the wilderness..pick up trash, not just your own....protect all animals, fish and plants ......Keep children well they are our future...keep the oceans, rivers, streams, clean of chemicals and pesticides.
Progress should = improvement, NOT further DESTRUCTION!

GOOD FOLKS by Phil Perkins

When evening shadows lengthen
And th' night time settles down,
I like to sit an' ponder
On th' good folks in our town.

Th' folks who have a moment
For th' children at their play,
And wave a cheery greeting
As they pass along th' way

The kind of worthy people
Who would always  be your friend,
Good folks  who'd never fail you...
Who'd be faithful to the end.

Ah, yes, I like to pnder
When th' evening stars appear,
On th' good folks of th' village
Who spread happiness and cheer.

The folks who never falter
When there's something they may do
A burden to be lifted,
Or a friendship to renew.

Th kindly folks who linger
At your bedside when you're ill,
An' think of naught but comfort
As they do your bid and will.

Old folks and old friends.....cannot be beat

Tell Him Now..gratitude to people in your life

If with pleasure you are viewing any work a man is doing,
If you like him or love him, tell him now;
Don't withhold your approbation till the parson make oration,
And he lies with snowy lilies o'er his brow;
For no matter how you shout it, he won't really care about it,
He won't know how many teardrops you have shed.
if you think some praised is due him, now's the time to slip it to him,
For he cannot read his tombstone when he's dead.

More than fame and more than money, is the comment kind and sunny,
And the hearty, warm approval of a friend ;
For it gives to life a savor---makes you richer, stronger, braver--
And it gives you heart and hope and courage to the end.
If he earns your praise, bestow it; if you like him, let him know it;
Let the word of true encouragement be said.
Do not wait till life is over and he's underneath the clover,
For he cannot read his tombstone when he's dead.

" A little more"....Lessons learned..good old American Folk Poem

"A little more kindness and a little less creed;
A little more giving and a little less greed;
A little more smile and a little less frown;
A little less kicking a man when he's down.
A little more "we" and a little less "I"'
A little more laughs and a little less cry;
A little more flowers on the pathway of life
And fewer on graves at the end of strife".

Old words and apt for any generation, sadly.
